Tuesday: 

Goal: Favorite Song Project Presentations all week.

HW: Complete Online or video portfolios.

Tips for presenting: 

1. Be ready to go when it's your turn, or I'm going to consider it late.
2. Be efficient. You should not present everything you researched.
3. Play an "I-Tunes" excerpt of your song, not the whole thing. Consider showing the group lyrics on the screen while you play the excerpt. 
4. Think about what you're going to present before you present it.
5. Show some enthusiasm up there!

Sample Speech outline: 

1. Title, intro and reflection on why you chose the song

2. One or two interesting facts about the songwriter

3. Play an excerpt of about a minute. 

4. One or two things you noticed while annotating the song.

5. Thoughtful conclusion.
